Scheduling Nursery for Your Event
If you are an event planner, ministry leader or coordinator who would like to schedule childcare services for your event, you must first contact email@example.com to schedule the event. Please notify scheduling if would like to request childcare. If childcare services are available for your event, scheduling will contact nursery to place on the church calendar. You may then contact nursery to pre-register children.
Nursery/Childcare During Scheduled Events at Saint William
If your child is between the ages of 6 months old to 10 years old and you need childcare for your scheduled event, please contact the nursery to register your child. Childcare is only available for events that have made arrangements to use the nursery.
How to Register for Nursery/ Childcare at Saint William

Parents will receive a confirmation email or phone call once registration is accepted.
NOTE: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the nursery at least one hour prior to the event.
Nursery During Sunday Mass
Nursery/Childcare during Sunday Mass is provided for children, ages 6 months old to 3 years old, during the following times:
Policy for Sick/Injured Children
Please do not bring children to nursery/childcare if they are ill. If your child becomes ill or injured during their time with us, one of our Nursery Staff will text/call you to the Nursery. In cooperation and consideration of all, please do not bring your child to the nursery if they have any of the following symptoms within the last 24 hours.
Fever (Child should be fever-free without medication for 24 hours before returning to nursery), Unusual Fatigue or Irritability, Coughing/Croup, Vomiting or Diarrhea (any time within the previous 24 hours), Inflamed Throat, Rash, Cold Sores, Pink Eye, heavy or colored nasal discharge or any other signs of illness.
Nursery staff assists in this effort by following strict hygiene procedures and washing and disinfecting toys on a regular basis.
NOTE: Our Nursery Staff may NOT dispense any type of medication to your child.

Checking-In and Checking-Out
The parent will need to verify their child's registration information. You will be asked to check-in and check out. (Initial and Time of Check-In/ Out.) We ask that parents remain OUTSIDE of the nursery doors for the safety reasons. Please wait for Nursery Staff to assist at the door.
If a child is crying for more than 15 minutes, the nursery staff will contact the parent to come to nursery to comfort or pick up the child.
You must notify email@example.com or bring a written permission note if someone other than parent is picking up the child. Please inform those authorized to pick up to have a Photo ID available to show Nursery Staff when they pick up. If there are any questions or concerns, please expect a phone call from the Nursery staff.
Note: Please leave your cell phones on silent in case the nursery staff needs to contact you. Please pick up children immediately after your event.
If an emergency occurs and Nursery Staff cannot be reached, parents may contact the church office at 512-255-4473 for information or assistance. Parents, please make sure contact information on the sign-in sheet is accurate and easy to read. Parents will be informed of any emergencies.
Thank you for any and all donations to the nursery. If you would like to make a donation, please place it in the box outside the nursery door or take to the church office. We are also very thankful for any food donations for St. Vincent de Paul. Our older children love to deliver the food to the church collection boxes. Thank you for your generosity in helping our brothers and sisters in need. Please check with our staff if you have any art, paper, craft, or office supplies to donate. Thank you!
Teens who would like to volunteer for service hours must contact Tommy Sustaita, our Volunteer Coordinator, for an interview before volunteering. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-255-4473 to schedule an interview.
