RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults adapted for Children and Teens

Section:

Sacraments for Older Children

Children of age 7 or above who have yet to be Baptized in the Catholic Faith and/or have yet to receive their First Holy Communion, please contact the RCIA Coordinator for Children, Lisa Salas, so that a plan for sacrament preparation can be put together specifically for the individual child and their family. The plan may consist of participation in weekly mass, weekly structured classes, individual family sessions, and attendance at various church-family events.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is adapted for Children in order to help them to discover their faith in God and to see God's love in action.  This is achieved with the help of their families and the ministries of St. William Catholic Church.

Thank you for answering the call of the Holy Spirit to learn more about the Catholic Sacraments for your children and your family.

We look forward to hearing from you very soon!

In Christ,
