Fall Festival Volunteers

The Fall Festival Volunteers collaborate to plan the logistics of the annual Fall Festival which is held each October. All are invited to volunteer.  Volunteer duties and required time commitments are flexible.  Duties vary from collecting donations of soda, water, and cakes to recruitment and coordination of food and game vendors for the festival booths.

Meals Ministry

Mary Rutherford (512) 740-5660

This ministry provides meals to our parish priests. They also feed the priests on holidays and occasionally coordinate their birthday parties and ordination parties.

Spring Fiesta Volunteers

The Spring Fiesta Volunteers collaborate to plan the logistics of the annual Spring Fiesta to ensure a social and financial success.  All are invited to volunteer.  Volunteer duties and required time commitments are flexible.  Duties vary from collecting donations of soda, water, and cakes to recruitment and coordination of food and game vendors for the Fiesta booths.
