Requests to visit an event at Saint William

Please email Erik Luna or fax your request at least one week in advance of your anticipated visit, on company letterhead, to 512-255-8126, attn: Erik Luna. Please include the following items:

• date you would like to attend an event at Saint William
• how many tickets or press passes you are requesting
• the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets (photo ID required; please use real names)
• contact information to confirm request

Interview Requests

If you would like to request an in-person, on-camera, phone or radio interview with one of the priests at Saint William or staff person, please email Erik Luna. Please provide as much information as possible about your interview and media outlet with your request.

Video Shoot Requests

If you would like to shoot video for online or broadcast purposes, please email Erik Luna with your request.  Please provide as much information as possible with your request.

Photo Requests

There is no fee for editorial use.  Please view our Electronic Media Resources page for a supply of approved photos.  Please credit all photos: Saint William Catholic Church.

Requests for Press Releases

If you are a member of the media and would like to receive the parish's press releases electronically, please contact the Communications Office at communications@saintwilliams.org.

Radio Broadcast Requests

Radio stations interested in broadcasting live from Saint William, please email Erik Luna, Communications Director, at communications@saintwilliams.org.
