Ralph Martin at Saint William

The Catholic Speaker Series continues with a two day presentation by Ralph Martin on November 4-5, 2012 at 7 p.m., on both days, at Saint William Catholic Church in Round Rock.  Ralph Martin was recently named a consultor to the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization and will visit Saint William Catholic Church shortly after attending the Synod of Bishops on the New Evangelization in Rome in October.

Ralph Martin

Ralph is the president of Renewal Ministries, an organization devoted to Catholic renewal and evangelization. Renewal Ministries is the sponsor of "The Choices We Face" a widely viewed weekly Catholic television and radio program distributed throughout the world and engages in a wide variety of mission work in more than 27 countries.

He is also the Director of Graduate Theology Programs in The New Evangelization and an associate professor of theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Click here to see the video "Sacred Heart Major Seminary: Advancing the New Evangelization".

He is the author of a number of books the most recent of which is The Fulfillment of All Desire: A Guidebook for the Journey to God Based on the Wisdom of the Saints. He holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from Sacred Heart Major Seminary, an STL from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington DC and a STD from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas (the Angelicum) in Rome. In December of 2011 Ralph was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI to a five year term as a Consultor to the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization. He and his wife Anne reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
