Communications Office

The Communications Office helps to highlight the opportunities for participation in ministry and tells the story of parish life at Saint William through print communication and e-communication, event marketing and public relations. In addition to developing and overseeing all aspects of the coordination and dissemination of marketing and communication information that increases visibility among current and future parish donors, volunteers, and stake holders, the communication office offers marketing support to the ministries of Saint William to help them share news and upcoming event information.

  • Organizational News: Success Stories, Articles, Photography
  • Coordination of Information: Manage and schedule dissemination of information via:  Pulpit Announcements, End of Mass Announcements, Flyer Distribution, Information Tables, and Email Blasts
  • Logo Usage
  • Social Media Management: Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube, Gloria TV, Blogs, Podcasts, and all social media platforms.
