A Message from the Pastor - Parishioners Give Generously to help Families in Need

November 30, 2012 - We were so happy to see so many families with us during Thanksgiving Mass, giving thanks to God for all His blessings each and every day. He shows us the way to love, to live, and to GIVE!

We are happy to report that your generous gifts, during the second collection, brought in over $2,000 and more than 2,000 lbs. of food that will directly benefit families in need who visit the Saint Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, here at Saint William!

We’d also like to report that the Annie’s Way program also had a very fruitful Thanksgiving feast, serving a grand total of 1,500 people, here in our parish hall, or via outreach to the homebound, homeless, or at the Salvation Army.

So…from all the families who received assistance, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the Annie’s Way program, and all of the priests and staff at Saint William….THANK YOU for your dedication to helping families in need.

Grace and Peace,

Fr. Dean Wilhelm

Thank You Note:

November 24, 2012 - I was truly blessed to receive an “Annie’s Way” Thanksgiving dinner.  God Bless all involved.  The food was so good, I remembered ‘home’.  I can only write and tell you how much it meant to me. - Anonymous
