December 7, 2025 Your donations at work – a year in review
Thank you for your generous food and financial donations to our St. Vincent de Paul conference here at St. William!
With your support, in the past fiscal year (Oct 1, 2024 – Sept 30, 2025):
We served 9,462 individuals in 2,804 households (including 3,661 children).
Our food pantry distributed 96,707 pounds of food (worth $190,513).
We provided $439,893in financial assistance to neighbors in need, including:
$192,026 for one-time rent assistance and eviction prevention.
$48,758 for utility bills (electric, gas, water) to prevent cut-off.
Your donations also paid for beds, household goods and clothing from theVincentian Thrift Store, eyeglasses and more.
We also partner with other SVDP conferences to help when neighbors need more assistance than their local conference can provide. One example of this was after the devastating July 4 flood, when your generosity enabled us to send much-needed funds to the St. Vincent de Paul conference in Kerrville, Texas. Our conference members also helped staff the Williamson County Multi-Agency Resource Center on July 19 and 20 to help survivors of the floods in Georgetown and Lago Vista.
The numbers for the past fiscal year are impressive. But the true impact of your love and generosity -- in terms of hope and restored faith -- has been incalculable. With God’s help and your support, we are making a real difference in our community, one life at a time. Thank you and God bless you all.
