I was born in Estelí, Nicaragua, on February 9, 1975. My parents are: Feliciano Guevara and Ramona Ascensión Gutiérrez; I have twelve siblings.
I studied Philosophy and Theology in Nicaragua for eight years, with a specialty in bioethics (Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D.) in Rome for seven years. I was ordained a priest on August 15, 2006 in the Cathedral of Estelí - Nicaragua. My first language is Spanish, the second is Italian, and I'm working hard with English.
I thank God and Bishop Joe Vasquez for the opportunity he has given me to serve in the Diocese of Austin and St. William Parish. I am at your service and I hope to be able to respond to the challenges and needs of this parish and of our Holy Mother Church.
"Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I already knew you; Before you were born, I consecrated you, and I appointed you to be a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5.
