Adult Faith Formation

Learn the truth about the Catholic faith and heritage that is built upon the Word of God, with the Adult Faith Formation course.  These classes teach about the innermost mysteries of the Trinity and how we fit into God’s plan. This course will enrich your understanding of "What it means to be Catholic?” and teach you how to take that knowledge and implement it in your everyday lives.  Adult Faith Formation meets Thursday evenings. 

Bible Study/Little Rock Scripture Study

This program combines personal Bible reading and study, small group faith sharing, lectures and prayer in an informal setting. Meetings are held throughout the year.

Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP)

CRHP is designed to bring men and women of our parish together in Christ. It is for those seeking spiritual renewal with an opportunity to deepen their faith within their parish community.  CRHP members attend a special weekend retreat nurturing their relationship with our Lord Jesus through Scripture, prayer, and the sacraments.

Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy

Participating members of Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy are part of the EADM Apostolate which is affiliated with the Congregation of Marians. By this affiliation, members share in the spiritual benefits of the prayers and good works of Marians worldwide.  Themes of study and practice will focus on trust, works of mercy, and prayer. Learning more about Jesus and His Church will compel participants to share their love and encourage others to trust in Jesus' mercy.

Faith Renewal Saturday (FRS)

Have you thought about how your baptism should be affecting your everyday life?  It is through baptism that one comes into a personal relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and it merits further investigation. Faith Renewal Saturday provides participates an opportunity to revive and strengthen the graces of baptism and confirmation.

Marriage Enrichment

Marriage is a living, growing relationship and it deserves care and attention. At Saint William Catholic Church, we strive to provide opportunities for couples to grow in their understanding of their vocation and learn new skills to equip their "tool box" for caring for their relationship. RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

Initiates adults into the Catholic Church and welcomes those already baptized by completing the initiation process. Men and women are needed to sponsor and walk with those who will be received into the Church at Easter.

Women's Catholic Scripture Study

We are a Lay Ministry of the Catholic Church dedicated to encouraging women to grow in thier Catholic faith through the study of Holy Sripture in order to know, love and serve Jesus Christ.  Registrations to attend are now being taken for Fall 2017. 

Faith Formation – Children

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

This is faith community of children ages 3-12 and adult volunteers, dedicated to living and celebrating our Cathoic faith. We gather once a week during the school year for 1.5-2 hours in our atrium. Each atrium is prepared with Montessori based materials which a catechist presents to the children.

Early Childhood Development Center

ECDC is licensed through the State of Texas.  It provides a Catholic Faith based preschool experience for children between the ages of 18 months through pre-kindergarten, offering 2, 3 and 4 days per week, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Elementary Faith Formation

Middle School Youth Ministry - Triumph Youth Ministry

High School Youth Ministry – Saint William Youth Ministry (SWYM)

Saint William’s Youth Ministry (S.W.Y.M.) provides opportunities for teenagers to learn, live and share their faith in a dynamic way seeking to form lifelong disciples through engaging gatherings and events.

RCIA - Adapted for children

This Catholic initiation process is for children in grades 3-12 who have not been baptized in the Catholic Faith as well as for those who ARE baptized but have not received their First Holy Communion.  Children are prepared for full initiation which includes the following Sacraments:

Vacation Bible School

This program provides an exciting adventure for children between the grades of pre-k through 5th grade. It also offers volunteer opportunities to students in 6-12th grade and to adults who wish to make this event an unforgettable experience for the young participants. VBS is held in June.
