Adults in the community who feel the call to pray for the sick and the devotion to the Eucharistic Adoration are invited to participate in our ministry, the only requirement is to have the Ethics and Integrity in the Ministry (EIM) workshop up to date.
Joining us you have the opportunity to:
Profess and proclaim the truth of the real presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist, and promote perpetual adoration to the Blessed Sacrament, offering, as far as possible, the Chaplet to The Divine Mercy every hour for the dying.
As growth and formation in the faith, we form small groups called Cenacles, which meet biweekly in the Church.
Each member is encouraged to put their faith into practice through the spiritual and corporal works of mercy.

Come and join us! We are a prayer group that offers an atmosphere of joy and prayer that facilitates a personal pentecost with all its transformation effects, aided by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
We also offer an annual congress of evangelization, classes of life in the Spirit and spiritual growth courses to have a greater knowledge of your faith as Catholics, as well as an annual vigil of Pentecost. We also offer services for funerals, novenaries and prayers to the sick in their homes when they need it.
We meet every Tuesday in the pavilion of St. William, from 8:00 - 9:30 PM, except the first Tuesday of each month when we meet from 7: 00-9: 30 PM in the chapel of the Sacred Heart for one Holy Hour. Childcare is available.

WHAT IS IT?
The Legion of Mary is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church, with well over 3 million active members in almost every country of the world. It has been active in the United States since 1931, has been approved by the last 6 Popes, and was endorsed by the Second Vatican Council. The main purpose of the Legion of Mary is to give glory to God through the sanctification of its members.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Members become instruments of the Holy Spirit through a balanced program of prayer and service. Works include, Sacred Heart Enthronement, parishioner visitation, visitation of the sick or aged and praying with them, religious education, visiting the newly baptized, and meeting the other spiritual needs of the parish community. Legionaries are under the guidance of a spiritual director named by the pastor. The Legion is, in essence, an extension of the heart and hands of the pastor.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Active Members meet once a week for prayer, planning and discussion in a family setting. Then they do two hours of definite work each week in pairs and under the guidance of their spiritual director, Deacon Richard Kotrola. Auxiliary members supply the prayer power which is needed for the active works of the Legion. They recite daily in honor of Our Blessed Lady all the prayers contained in the Legion prayer leaflet called the “Tessera,” which includes the rosary.
WHO CAN BELONG?
The Legion of Mary is open to all Catholics who:
We are a ministry that offers spiritual growth, emotional support, and prayer. More than anything we help people to know more about our Mother Mary.
We invite the community when they need the Rosary to be prayed at their homes for any intention, need, death of a loved one or to enthrone the Sacred Heart of Jesus in their homes.
We are available for these services any day of the week preferably in the afternoon. We are just asking to please notify us with 2-3 days in advance.

The Catholic Church has many devotions, traditions, and spiritual ways of helping people on their faith journey.
One way is to offer a visiting statue of our Blessed Mother for family homes. Our Blessed Mother's role is to help us and intercede for us to her Son Jesus. St. William has 2 statues of our Lady of Grace that can visit your home for a week each year.
Our pilgrim statue has a beautiful story of her journey and more information can be given by calling Debbie or Blanca for more information.
